Earlier today, a
12-year-old Palestinian boy was detained by an Israeli police officer in the Old
City of Occupied East Jerusalem for ten minutes. When international activists
asked the Israeli police officer why the young boy was being detained, he said
the boy was holding a pair of scissors.
